Practice Areas

Mr. Jurkovich specializes in commercial litigation, with a primary emphasis in construction litigation. He regularly provides business and litigation advice to project owners, lenders, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, in addition to maintaining a general business practice. He also serves as an arbitrator and mediator, primarily in construction-related matters.

Previous Work

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Jurkovich was engaged for over ten years in law enforcement, serving with the Fresno County Sheriff's Department and the Madera Police Department. Mr. Jurkovich joined Kimble, MacMichael & Upton upon graduating from law school in 1990 and was a shareholder there until March, 2011.
