Practice Areas
Mr. Vinnard became of counsel to the firm in 2010. Before retiring, his practice focused on business litigation, representation of clients in bankruptcy courts and real estate matters and he still consults with clients from time to time.
Previous Work
Mr. Vinnard was an Assistant Professor at Loyola Law School (New Orleans) from 1969 to 1970, where he taught contracts, commercial paper and taxation. In 1970, he was called to military service with the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the United States Navy. During his four year tour, Mr. Vinnard served as both Senior Prosecutor at the Norfolk Naval Base and a Special Courts - Martial Judge. Mr. Vinnard joined the firm in 1974.
